20% VAT will be added to the above registration fees.

Registration fee participation in scientific meetings, congress documents, free entry to exhibition areas and participation in social programs.

Congress Hotel External Participation Fee: 300 Euro + 20% VAT for the participants who register without accommodation.

Services included in the Congress Hotel External Participation Fee: Open buffet lunch, drinks to be taken at lunch, coffee breaks, take advantage of the Congress Hotel All Inclusive system between 09.00-18.00.

Participants who will not be staying at the convention hotel must pay the registration fee and the package fee without registration.

The room rates stated above; Includes All Inclusive concept accommodation, coffee breaks, transfer to / from airport and other hotel guests for 4 nights including April 9, 2025 check-in and April 13, 2025 check-out.

Physicians who will attend the congress courses to be held on Wednesday, April 9, 2025 will be able to check into the hotel 1 day early on Tuesday, April 8, 2025, if they request. 350 Euro + 10% VAT will be added to your budget for additional accommodation.

Private transfer fee between airport and hotel is 150 Euro + 20% VAT.
